From the living room, three stone steps lead to the gold bedroom, with a stone fireplace, its own bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second double bedroom is the blue room, with a decorated closet and attached bathroom. Next door is the orange third double bedroom, whose bathroom, the third, is located down the hallway, near the service/laundry area.

BY CAR Approx. 20-25 minutes by car from the center of Florence. The property has a parking space and an electric car charging station. The center of Florence is protected by a limited traffic zone with very strict rules. To avoid unpleasant fines, we recommend booking a nearby garage. BY BUS An electric bus stops at the entrance of number 9 on Via Montebeni and connects directly to the center of Fiesole, about 5 km away. From Fiesole, bus No. 7 quickly reaches the center of Florence. The center of Settignano is only 1.5 km away on foot, and from Settignano, bus No. 10 quickly reaches the city center.
BY TRAIN Approx. 24 minutes by car from Santa Maria Novella Station.
BY PLANE Approx. 45-50 minutes by car from Florence Airport.
