On the ground floor, you enter from the garden into a bright double living room with a fireplace, connected by dining passages to the spacious kitchen, complete with everything you need: stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards, and full table and kitchen equipment. The hallway leads to a large bathroom with a shower, which can also be used by guests if the sofa bed in the adjoining sitting room is used as an additional bedroom. Completing the ground floor is a lovely, bright double bedroom with a stone fireplace, its own bathroom, and a walk-in closet with mirrored wardrobes and openings to the garden.
The first floor is reached by an ancient stone staircase. At the top is a charming decorated doorway, leading into the beautiful red room with its spacious en-suite bathroom. In the large decorated hallway, large closets are concealed, and a small stone staircase leads to another bathroom serving the large green room, which enjoys beautiful views of the center of Florence.

BY BUS An electric bus stops at the entrance of number 9 on Via Montebeni and connects directly to the center of Fiesole, about 5 km away. From Fiesole, bus No. 7 quickly reaches the center of Florence. The center of Settignano is only 1.5 km away on foot, and from Settignano, bus No. 10 quickly reaches the city center.
BY TRAIN Santa Maria Novella Station is approximately 20-25 minutes by car.
BY PLANE Florence Airport is approximately 25-35 minutes by car.
