External Description

Villa Carlotta is located in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, just 1 km from the beach, and close to the city center.
The property boasts a large enclosed garden with lawn and several plants. At the front of the garden you will find a patio/lounge area with a sofa and some seats, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine. On the back there is a gazebo equipped with a dining table for 6-8 people, and a barbecue, for alfresco meals with friends
At guests' disposal also a private parking.

Internal Description

Elegantly furnished, Villa Carlotta is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a bright open-space living area, furnished with: sofa, armchairs, bookcase, tv, fireplace, and direct access to the patio.
Following is a kitchen equipped with: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and coffee machine. A service bathroom completes the floor.

First floor: The upper floor, accessible via a staircase, is dedicated to the sleeping area, divided as follows: 1 twin bedroom and 3 large double bedrooms (two of which have a balcony).
You will also find 3 bathrooms: one with bathtub and two with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (up to 70Kw per week); house and garden maintenance; Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (450.00€); utilities according to consumption (if exceeding 70Kw per week). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120,00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Places to visit

Villa Carlotta is located in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent as it allows you to easily reach both the sea (the nearest beach is just 1 km away) and the city center with its commercial activities such as bar, restaurants, shops and high-fashion boutiques (Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana etc...).
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only half an hour away by car.

Main distances: Nearest beach (1 km), Lido di Camaiore (9 km), Viareggio (15 km), Lucca and Pisa (36 km), Florence (108 km), Siena (160 km).
