External Description

Villa Francesca is a delightful villa located in the center of Forte dei Marmi, in a very quiet area, just 300 m from the sea.
The property boasts a small and private garden with lawn and dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
At guests' disposal also an uncovered private parking, just outside the property.

Internal Description

Villa Francesca spreads over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 5 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning is present in 2 bedrooms only. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor houses a bright living area furnished with: sofa, armchairs, dining table for 6 people, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Then there is a bathroom with shower.

First floor: The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, made up of 1 double bedroom (with air conditioning and wardrobe) and 1 single bedroom (with wardrobe). Following is a bathroom with shower.

Attic: In the attic you will find another double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, a comfortable space to keep your suitcases, and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas and electricity except heating).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€); heating on consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Places to visit

Villa Francesca is situated in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent, right in the city center with its boutiques and high fashion shops, just 300 m from the sea, and 600 m from Piazza Marconi, where the market takes place every Wednesday and Sunday morning.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only 40 minutes away by car.
