Description

Suite Baldieri is a lovely apartment located on the first floor (without a lift) of a building in Forte dei Marmi, right in the city center, and just 500 meters from the sea. Included Internet Wifi. Pets are allowed upon request.
You are welcomed by a living area with a dining table for 4 people, tv, sofa, and direct access to a balcony equipped with a washing machine and a small table for 2 people.
Following is a fully equipped kitchen with: dining table, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with tv and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobe. Lastly you will find a bathroom with bathtub.
At guests' disposal also an uncovered private parking outside the property.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Suite Baldieri is situated in the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, along the Versilia coast. Its location is excellent, right in the city center with its boutiques and high fashion shops, just 500 m from the sea, and 400 m from Piazza Marconi, where the market takes place every Wednesday and Sunday morning.
The several Versilia seaside resorts (such as those at Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) offer a wide range of services for tourists.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are only 40 minutes away by car.
