The outdoor garden is very large and has a beautiful lawn crossed by a stone path that leads to the swimming pool and to the gazebo with dining table. Outside we also find a barbeque, sofas and deck chairs.
The interiors are very spacious and include a large living room with sofas, fireplace and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms, four bathrooms and a lovely sitting room with windows from which you can enjoy a relaxing view of the greenery.

Casa Lia is located on the Poggio Imperiale in Florence, a stone's throw from the extraordinary Medici Villa. This is a very beautiful and fascinating area. The villa is located a stone's throw from Viale dei Colli, the "promenade" that leads from Porta Romana to San Niccolò, passing through the Basilica of San Miniato al Monte and Piazzale Michelangelo. From the villa you can quickly reach the historic center, in particular the San Frediano area, and many of the main points of interest in the city, as well as some of the most popular viewpoints.

How to get to the house

From Florence Central Station, you can take a bus such as number 11. Alternatively, near the station you can take a taxi. From the Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence it takes twenty minutes by car to get to the villa.
