External Description

Villa Martina is a recently-renovated villa, located in a quiet and green area of Camaiore, just a few km from the beach.
The property boasts a private fenced garden with covered patio, equipped with dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.
Among the outdoor spaces there is a beautiful above-ground pool (7 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m). Recently installed, the pool is open from May to the end of September.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 2-3 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Matina is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 5 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. Pets are not allowed.

You are welcomed by a spacious and bright living area with direct access from the garden, furnished with: sofa, armchairs, tv, and dining table for 8 people. Following is a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, divided as follows: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a French bed, 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Lastly you will find 1 bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Heating in the winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120,00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.

Villa Martina is located in a quiet green area, just 2 km from the center of Camaiore, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and a medium-sized supermarket.
The closest Versilia beach establishment is Lido di Camaiore only 15 minutes away by car.
Forte dei Marmi and the other well-known seaside resorts along the Versilia coast (such as Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta) are just a few kilometers away.
Within 40 minutes by car you can reach Lucca, a beautiful Medieval city traditionally called the "city of a hundred churches" for the large number of places of worship inside the city center, and famous for its imposing tree-lined walls, that can be entirely walkable.
Moreover, the major Tuscan cities of art (Pisa, Florence, Pistoia and Siena) can be easily reached.
